Refund Policy

Effective: 14 August 2026.

For the founding US$49 Complete Pre-Appeal Audit, you may request a full refund if the completed paid audit identifies no material remediation item or evidence gap beyond what the free diagnostic already disclosed.

If a case is outside scope or cannot be responsibly audited from the information available, PolicyFix may refund the order rather than deliver generic advice.

Refund eligibility does not depend on whether Google later reinstates the account. Google controls enforcement and reinstatement decisions.
